About KC Archers

The KC Archers Event Calendar is a centralized, community-driven platform designed to help archers find local tournaments, shoots, and gatherings. Whether you shoot NFAA, ASA, NASP, Vegas, Field, or 3D, our goal is to make it easy to discover events happening in the Kansas and Missouri area.

The site is built and maintained by KC Archers, dedicated to growing the sport and supporting local clubs.

Are you a club rep or event organizer? We'd love to share your event with the community. The process is simple:

   Create a free account

   Register with your name, email, and club affiliation.

   Submit your event

   Fill out the event details — date, time, location, and discipline.

   Initial review

   To maintain quality, your first submission is reviewed by an admin.

   Auto-approval after that

   Once your first event is approved, your account becomes “trusted” and future submissions publish automatically.
