Welcome to KC Archers. By using this site you agree to the following. We've kept the terms short and reasonable.

What this site is

KC Archers is a community calendar that aggregates archery events in Kansas and Missouri. We are not affiliated with any governing body (NFAA, ASA, USA Archery, NASP, etc.). Listing an event here is not an endorsement and does not imply sanctioning by those organizations.

Accounts

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password reasonably secure. Don't share accounts. We may suspend accounts that submit spam, misleading listings, or otherwise abuse the calendar.

Submitting events

When you submit an event you confirm that you're authorized to publicize it and that the details are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Admins review first-time submissions. Once your first event is approved, your account becomes “trusted” and future submissions publish automatically; admins may revoke that status at any time.

Accuracy & cancellations

Event details are submitted by clubs and individuals — confirm details with the host before traveling. We're not responsible for cancellations, schedule changes, or anything that happens at events listed here.

Acceptable content

Events listed must be related to archery (tournaments, leagues, shoots, classes, club nights, demos, etc.). No commercial spam, unrelated promotions, or content that violates the law.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. KC Archers is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or attendance at any listed event. Archery involves inherent risk; follow the safety rules of the host range.

Changes

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
