KC Archers (“we,” “us”) operates the event calendar at kcarchery.com. This page explains what information we collect, how it's used, and the choices you have. We try to keep this short and plain-English.

Information we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address, an encrypted password hash, and the optional club affiliation you provide. When you submit an event we store the event details and link them to your account so admins can review submissions.

We don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The site runs on our own server infrastructure; standard server access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) may be retained for debugging and abuse prevention.

How we use your information

Account information is used to authenticate you and to attribute event submissions. Event details are published on the public calendar once approved. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Email

We may send transactional email (account confirmation, password reset). We do not send marketing email.

Your choices

You can request account deletion or a copy of your stored data by contacting us at the number on the About page. Account deletion removes your profile and unlinks any submitted events from you, but published event details may remain on the public calendar.

Children

The calendar is intended for adults submitting community events. Account creation is not intended for users under 13.

Updates

If we materially change how we handle data, we'll update this page and bump the effective date above.
